GezPlan ("uygulama"), grup gezilerini planlamana yardımcı olan bir mobil uygulamadır. Bu politika, uygulamayı kullanırken hangi verileri topladığımızı ve nasıl kullandığımızı açıklar. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu politikayı kabul etmiş olursun.
Topladığımız Veriler
Hesap bilgileri: Kayıt olurken e-posta adresin ve belirlediğin görünen ad.
Konum (isteğe bağlı): Hava durumu göstermek için, yalnızca sen izin verirsen anlık konumun kullanılır. Konumun kaydedilmez, saklanmaz; yalnızca o anki hava durumunu getirmek için kullanılır.
Verileri Nasıl Kullanıyoruz
Hesabını oluşturmak ve giriş yapmanı sağlamak.
Gezi planlama özelliklerini (liste, masraf, sohbet vb.) sunmak.
Aynı gezideki üyelerin birbirinin adını ve paylaşılan gezi içeriğini görmesini sağlamak.
İzin verdiğinde bulunduğun yerin hava durumunu göstermek.
Veri Paylaşımı
Verilerini üçüncü taraflara satmıyoruz. Verilerin yalnızca şu hizmet sağlayıcılarda işlenir:
Supabase: Hesap ve gezi verilerinin güvenli şekilde saklandığı veritabanı altyapısı.
Open-Meteo: Hava durumu bilgisi için (yalnızca konum koordinatı gönderilir, kimlik bilgisi gönderilmez).
Ayrıca yasal zorunluluk halinde yetkili mercilerle paylaşım yapılabilir.
Veri Güvenliği
Verilerin şifreli bağlantılar (HTTPS) üzerinden iletilir ve erişim güvenliği kurallarıyla (satır düzeyi güvenlik) korunur. Yalnızca üyesi olduğun gezilerin verilerine erişebilirsin.
Verilerinin Silinmesi
Uygulama içinden "Hesabımı sil" seçeneğiyle hesabını ve ilişkili verilerini kalıcı olarak silebilirsin. Ayrıca kampprojesi@gmail.com adresine yazarak da silme talebinde bulunabilirsin.
Çocukların Gizliliği
Uygulama 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek bu yaş grubundan veri toplamaz.
Değişiklikler
Bu politika zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Güncellemeler bu sayfada yayımlanır.
GezPlan ("the app") is a mobile application that helps you plan group trips. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it. By using the app, you agree to this policy.
Data We Collect
Account information: Your email address and the display name you set during registration.
Trip data: Trips, lists, expenses, messages, notes, polls, and trip memberships you create.
Location (optional): Only if you grant permission, your current location is used to show weather. Your location is not stored or saved; it is used only to fetch the current weather.
How We Use Data
To create your account and let you sign in.
To provide trip planning features (lists, expenses, chat, etc.).
To let members of the same trip see each other's names and shared trip content.
To show weather for your location when you grant permission.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. Your data is only processed by these service providers:
Supabase: Database infrastructure where account and trip data are securely stored.
Open-Meteo: For weather information (only location coordinates are sent, no identity information).
We may also share data with authorities when legally required.
Data Security
Your data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and protected by access security rules (row-level security). You can only access data for trips you are a member of.
Deleting Your Data
You can permanently delete your account and associated data using the "Delete my account" option within the app. You may also request deletion by emailing kampprojesi@gmail.com.
Children's Privacy
The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from this age group.
Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page.
